We were left to wander around and then he meet us at an arranged time to drive us elsewhere. He provided some commentary on the way. I would not call this a private tour. It was a private driver. Had I known I would have arranged guides in the towns and either taken the train or driven myself. Absolutely not worth the exorbitant cost”

We arrived a half hour early the day of the tour only to read a message from Flower Travel (the tour provider) explaining the city of Florence had passed a provision disallowing golf cart tours and they had cancelled our tour. If we had reasonable notice, we could have replaced the tour. We wandered for 2 hours on our own. Very unprofessional, disappointing and disrespectful.
