“I signed up for English speaking but the tour was combined with Spanish speakers. I find people on the bus are rude (talking)while the tour guide speaks the other language. I think because the guide needs to speak in two languages, they cut short the information given. Also 50 people is too many for a tour that contains a lot of walking. Speaking of that, we spent about 20 minutes each way in each stop walking from to/from parking to tour beginning. That’s 2 hrs wasted! Tour guides need to speak slower while speaking in other languages.”

“I took the afternoon excursion to Pisa from Florence, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The bus ride was comfortable and scenic — about an hour each way — and our guide Alexandria shared interesting facts about the Tuscan countryside along the route. Once we arrived, we had an independent walk through the Piazza dei Miracoli, which was beautiful. Seeing the Leaning Tower in person was even more impressive than I expected! The timing was well-organized — enough time for photos, a quick gelato, and browsing souvenirs. “I would not recommend Viator if you have disability or are an elderly person. I am a person with Multiple Sclerosis and require forarm cruch to assist with walking. I received no assistance with getting in and out of the bus. The bus park was 10 minutes away from the destination, and we had to walk at a fast pace, which even my partner found difficult. Very poor service. Better to catch a train and taxi to the Leaning Tower of Pisa”
