“The tour guide, Claudia was wonderful! ! I’m a solo traveler and she really made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, almost like seeing the sights with a good friend. She was informative, flexible enough to go at my pace, offered to take pictures so I’d have some keepsakes with me in it and even shared some tips for what I could do for the rest of my trip in Florence. I highly recommend a tour with her!”

“The day trip to Cinque Terre was excellent. Our 3 guides Christian, Manuel and Victoria were great - knowledgeable, friendly and organised. The day is long and busy but it gives a great snapshot of each of the 3 villages. There is a LOT of walking and a LOT of steps. Only one in our group did the actual hike however the other 3 of us went for an explore that took us up hundreds of high rocky stairs also so be prepared for a physical day regardless. Thankfully the weather was good and we were able to take the boat trip as well. Magical destination and we thoroughly enjoyed…”

“I signed up for English speaking but the tour was combined with Spanish speakers. I find people on the bus are rude (talking)while the tour guide speaks the other language. I think because the guide needs to speak in two languages, they cut short the information given. Also 50 people is too many for a tour that contains a lot of walking. Speaking of that, we spent about 20 minutes each way in each stop walking from to/from parking to tour beginning. That’s 2 hrs wasted! Tour guides need to speak slower while speaking in other languages.”

“Maybe it is is in the description, I am terrible reader of details, but this tour is A LOT of walking! But that's what you do in Europe. As long as you are okay with that, everything was magnificent. Easy transportation. Our guide Sara was great, keeping us on time for all our events and the group chat setup to answer questions and to keep us all on the same page was a great idea I hadn't seen used on a tour like this before. It's nice to have a guide to explain things to you when you go through these tours and to these places so you have slightly…”
