“Very simple on getting set up with the ticket for access to all the options. Uffizi Gallery was a great experience with all the art yet very busy with all the people. If you have patience to get your pictures in then good on you. I am very patient yet there were some who just pushed their way through people to stand front and center to get their pictures. I went to Boboli Gardens the next morning and a very different experience. “DO NOT GET ANY TOUR WITH THIS PROVIDER! My tour was scheduled for 3:30 PM, but the provider only sent the tickets at 3:26 PM. They were unresponsive, and I had no choice but to purchase new tickets at the gate. I later applied for a refund, but it was not approved. This experience reflects very poor customer service.”

“Loved this tour!! Even in the height of summer, it ended up being just us and our guide who was a young local artist, a perfect guide for this tour. Definitely do this in the morning because it got very warm, but the views were breathtaking and we learned so much about the history of the many sculptures and the palace. Bring water and wear comfortable shoes!!”
