“I wouldn’t book this! I booked & paid for what sounded like a fun & different tour more than 5 weeks before our visit. The Flower Travel company accepted our payment & we received a voucher. We arrived a half hour early the day of the tour only to read a message from Flower Travel (the tour provider) explaining the city of Florence had passed a provision disallowing golf cart tours and they had cancelled our tour. If we had reasonable notice, we could have replaced the tour. We wandered for 2 hours on our own. Very unprofessional, disappointing and disrespectful. “You will have a guide that doesn’t speak or knows anything. Valentino was dry and not fun at all no expression just a driver. No suggestion or recommendation, nothing. It’s a prerecorded audio you put in you ear while drives you around. Very bland and boring but a quick way to see the city if you don’t have time. I wouldn’t pay more than $20 you can find better options I think.”
