“The day trip to Cinque Terre was excellent. Our 3 guides Christian, Manuel and Victoria were great - knowledgeable, friendly and organised. The day is long and busy but it gives a great snapshot of each of the 3 villages. There is a LOT of walking and a LOT of steps. Only one in our group did the actual hike however the other 3 of us went for an explore that took us up hundreds of high rocky stairs also so be prepared for a physical day regardless.
