“My family and I (wife and kids ages 19 and 16) loved the experience. It was a quick and scenic drive to the farm. After a welcome appetizer, we learned the process for the pasta and gelato. Making the pasta was easy and fun and we feel we could do it at home. Same for the gelato. Our chefs, Davide, Max and Carmella were entertaining and kept us laughing. The meal itself was delicious and we loved that we could try all of the 14 gelato flavors. We highly recommend this experience.”

“Our favorite Tuscany experience! We went with our children who are 9 and 11 years old. The farm and vineyards/gardens are beautiful. The experience to help prepare such a fresh and delicious meal was so fun. The wine was absolutely amazing-so much so that we bought bottles to ship back home. The warmth and kindness that the owners showed to my and my family was something we will never forget! Definitely the highlight of our Italy trip!”

Ale was an amazing, charismatic, and informative guide and we learned so much not just about Florence, but Italy in general from the perspective of a local. We walked amongst the rows of a hillside Tuscany vineyard, ate grapes off the vines, listened to insightful interpretations from our charming hosts Jacopo and Jessica, toured the historical Corsisni winery, enjoyed an exceptional lunch and wine sampling in a cellar like restaurant and purchased a case of delicious Chianti wine. “One of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful scenic and worthwhile trail ride and tjen on to an excellent amd informative tour with thomas at the olive oil estate in the countryside. We bought olive oil after the tasting and also enjoyed a delicious lunch on the porch overlooking the orchard.”

“If you are at least a decent cyclist and a lover of great views, culture and great people- this will be the highlight of your vacation! The only warning I have for you has nothing to do with the tour. If you are driving to the start of the tour on the southern side of Florence, give yourself an extra half hour to find parking. Know where none residents can park. We were late to the start location due to parking the car. We did contact the office and they kindly gave us advice and helped us find their office after parking.”

“Our guide Gabriel was awesome. We could’ve hung out with him all day. He provided lots of info in the area and brought us to some unexpected spots. He also took great photos of us along the way. The vintage Fiat definitely got reactions from onlookers. Having a driver rather than driving yourself made for a much more relaxing ride.”
